Have just started HRT, was prescribed 1 pump of oestrogel daily & on days 14-26 2 utrogestan tablets per day.
I started the gel on day 1 of my cycle & have been doing it for the last 6 days, since day 2 I’ve been getting a bad headache & now it’s terrible. I adjusted the time of doing the gel from the morning to the night yesterday and in the gap the headache finally went but have woken this morning with a migraine, anyone else get severe headaches from the gel alone? I’m going to have to stop as can’t work like this :(
