Hi everyone, I’m a few months into taking HRT - gel and capsules - and I’m now a bit confused as to when to take the utrogesterone capsules. I was planning on taking them day 15 - 28 of my cycle, as I did last month when I started HRT, but started bleeding 8 days after my last capsule.
My question then is ‘do I ignore the bleeds and stick to the day 15-28 or do I count day one of my bleed as day one of my cycle’ 🤷♀️
Any help would be appreciated!
