Testosterone query: should I try?

I'm 45, on thyroxine and started hrt last year. I've slowly edged up to 100 patches, which I've been on for about 6-8 weeks, plus ovestin and Utrogestan x12 vaginally a month. Covid flattened me earlier this year and I've only begun to feel better on the highest patch.

Some things have improved hugely -sleep is brilliant, brain fog and concentration (though that could be better at times). I had an oestrogen test when on the 75 patch and it was around 260.

Hot flushes seem to be mostly gone.

Aches and pains - I've definitely got more stamina and energy but some days I still feel beaten up. Muscle recovery doesn't seem great. I can do cardio, but if I do too much of anything (including working) I need to rest a lot.

Libido - occasionally there since on a higher patch, not consistent at all and don't feel orgasms are the same.

I got a medichecks testosterone test which said 0.1, too low.

I'm unsure whether to try pursuing this with the Gp or if I need more oestrogen? Has anyone been in a similar situation ? I feel like I've lived with mild cfs for a decade.

(I'm also finding when I'm on utrogestan I seem to be a bit better. Periods seem sporadic; I moved to continuous but had loads of spotting so went back to cyclical but no period yet so may persevere with continuous.)
