How will I know if I’ve gone through menopause

I’m on oestrogen and progesterone days 15-26 which I believe causes a bleed. I’m 50 now and have been on HRT for 18 months, how will I know if I’m menopausal as the progesterone causes the bleed?

You won't. Your gp or menopause specialist will likely make an assumption at around 53 that you're through it. That's what mine did and i went from taking 200mg Utrogestan for part of the month to 100mg daily without a break. Since doing that, the occasional bleed has stopped completely.
