Peri and headaches?

I am not too sure if I am in peri menopause. I think maybe. I am 40. My periods are regular except for times of intense stress. They can be delayed. So that can happen about once or twice a year where they are delayed for 5 or 6 days. That is the pattern I noticed. I am usually regular.

I experience some dry skin and some itchiness and I think maybe it might be peri.

Lately I am experiencing a headache. I don't know if it's stress related or if it's possibly peri. I got my period last Sunday and it was all normal. I was also experiencing some stress over the past 1 and half weeks.

I got a headache/migraine investigated with MRI earlier this year so there was nothing sinisiter then.

I am experiencing a headache today. Its one sided pain on and off over one eyebrow. I am wondering if headaches are common during peri?

Yes they are. Mine stopped as soon as I started HRT and I was starting to have migraine with aura.
