yes I got that and do get that when I do hoovering or anything physical. No sweating on the body but feel as if head on fire. hrt is helping though as no hot flushes thankfully. Had a yearly review at Wellwoman clinic/family planning which have been great here as own doctor so crap and refused to give me hrt for years am in peri. Doctor has changed me from Divigel (think that is sandrina?) to pump gel so be starting that in few days and dose increased a bit as felt like it was not working anymore. Utrogestrone knocks me out though and hate the time have to take that. You are not alone and it is a horrible feeling sweating from the head. Be kind to yourself as can be a scary and horrible time and good to hear other women's experiences so do not feel we are all going mad.

Thanks for taking the time to respond , I really appreciate it . When I get the heat from my head I have noticed I am also very low in mood. I started HRT on 7th November . I was able to concentrate a bit better at work and helped my sleep. The progesterone also makes me very drowsy but it improves my sleep ! I am off that now until 7th December , hopefully I have that correct ! I hope your new combination helps you feel better .

You are welcome. For the first few mths I was on hrt had sharp pain in side of breasts but that went and takes a few months for it all to settle. But it does help but after a year I needed to get mine tweaked a bit so fingers crossed the increased dose of estrogen helps. I get very low on the progesterone and just kinda feel am a shell of myself sometimes, like the joy gone out of life. Let's hope we all feel a bit better soon. Wishing you well.

Meant to say hrt really helped my brain fog so much as my son who is 22 used to look at me sometimes when I could not remember things as if I had lost the plot ha!!!! Just very low on energy so started taking iron also.
