Hi ladies, I was just wondering if any of you ladies have suffered with headaches, for the last 3months, i had them all the time taken painkillers which help a bit also sometimes fell dizzy and sick , have changed my hrt from elleste duet 2mg because of headaches to oestrogel 2 pumps morning utrogestan 100mg x2 on a night x

When I took HRT they triggered my migraines. I had to take a very small dose continuous patch.

I have found cold wet flannels and cold gel packs help during an attack.

Best of luck, it’s miserable to have a constant headache.
