Anyone else just knackered all the time?!
I’m struggling to make it through the day. Tired, ratty, miserable! I’m on hrt which I think helps my sleep and general well-being, but the exhaustion recently is off the scale.

any tips to get through the day?!

Also struggling with this. I’ve started to take citalopram which is giving me more energy and has also helped with my aching joints x

It's tough, I think I feel more perky if I have a multi vit with iron, but honestly nap if you can, it's what winter is designed for.
