Constipation in the 10 days before my period? Perimenopause

This is a new problem for me and it’s AWFUL!

Does anyone else have the same? Could it be related to a hormonal problem related to perimenopause?

This started for me when i became peri - not 10 days but 3 days. Never suffered before and its dreadful.
