Cam I talk it should I take Health and Ger perimenopause mind + supplement ( I was taking) now I've been prescribed hrt? Forgot to ask Dr!

If that's a vitamin and mineral supplement I'm sure that's fine. I've taken Menopace for years and am still taking it along with HRT.

Collagen
Eye health supplement
Magnesium

There's no harm in taking it, but the real question is - do you need it and why did you take it first?

If the supplement was instead of HRT ( to try to control hot flushes) it's not likely you will need it now. I think I'd stop it and see how you are on HRT and tweak the HRT if it's not sorting your symptoms.

My meno consultant doesn't recommend vitamins, (and is very sceptical of them generally) as such , as they believe we should get them all from food, with the exception of Vit D over the winter months.

I looked at various ones. I had a trial of some in liquid form which tasted disgusting and were expensive.

So in the end I bought some marine collagen capsules from Amazon.

So a random pick. But reviews were decent and they were about £17 for the pot.
