New to hrt. No break?

Been prescribed ustrogestan and oestrogen. Also swopped to cerezette pop. Gp has told me not to have a break but I'm reading here lots only take the tablets on a certain part of cycle. What's the difference/ benefits?

I am also confused about this ! I think i to take the tablets 12 days after taking the gel and then both together . Hoping I haven’t got this wrong!

My GP and the pharmacist told me to take them together without a break.

I THINK if you’ve not had any periods for 12 months you don’t have any break in regime.

If you have had a period in 12 months then you are usually advised to take breaks.

but don’t quote me.
