Hello ,
i have been prescribed combined HRT . I started the gel yesterday and I was planning on starting the table in 12 days . Is this correct ? I cannot remember anything at the moment !

I've just been prescribed today. I'm on pop torso may be difference? So I've taken gel (oestrogel)and tablets (utrogestan) together as advised by Dr.

I'm on combined HRT, I take my tablets on days 1-12 of every month ( so starting 1st through to the 12th) , my GP advised me to do this as a easy way of remembering to take them. Hope that helps, it didn't matter what day I started on the gel x
