Am trying patches now as after a year on spray, my symptoms have come back.
The joint pain, inability to sleep passed 5:30, anxiety, mood swings, palpitations are a killer.
One month into everol 50 & feeling slightly calmer, but really achy.
I hated Utrogestan so it's great taking the progesterone via patch & not having to stuff capsules up me for 2 weeks out of every month.
But I think i need more Oestrogen. My question is, can I get patches with a higher dose of oestrogen & still take the progesterone this way?
