I'm on HRT patches + having headaches nearly everyday. Want to try herbal remedies but online sites just promote their brands. Has anyone got a brand that works well for hot flushes + nigth sweats.

Did you start the headaches while on the patches, or did you have them before ?

Do you think it is best to think about a change of HRT- either the dose (go lower) or another type, first?

Headaches can be caused by too much estrogen, too little, or daily progesterone. (Sometimes using a sequential type works better.)

You don't say what you are on now, but there may be options that would suit you better.

Herbs come with their own side effects and it's very hard to get something that is bound to work, as many don't, and some work a little bit for some women.
