Are you on HRT?

It worked for me.
I'd had joint pain for years but hadn't realised it could be a meno thing.

Hobbling about in the morning like a 90 year old wreck because my feet hurt so bad.
MRI scan for neck pain that kept me awake at night, and x-rays on my hands, daily doses of prescription pain killers. But within about a month of starting HRT it was all gone.

Also, have a look at the Menopause Matters forum, put joint pain in the search box and you'll gets lots of threads about it.

I had similar joint pain HRT didn’t work, I’ve developed auto immune conditions instead often happens during the menopause.

I have had the same as Lulucat and HRT made it all kind of worse. Though looking back I had it for ages but menopause exacerbated it which is very common according to my rheumatologist.

Having said that a lot of people do seem to find relief from HRT.

Peri menopause started here. It sucks. I've just started taking tumeric to help with joint aches (won't comment re effectiveness as too early, but did lots of research and I am hopeful). Might try CBD oil in the future if tumeric doesn't help. I'm sorry you're in pain.

Joining for any ideas.

Can’t take hrt as I’m on oestrogen inhibitors due to breast cancer. Feel so old hobbling around. It’s ok when I’ve been walking for sometime but it’s after I’ve been sat for a while.

Tumeric is good. I tried oestrogen gel but it made my anxiety go through the roof, so off to GP Monday to look at different options
Good luck! I'll be following for more ideas

HRT stopped my joint pain almost literally overnight. I couldn't believe it.

Turmeric/curcumin capsules, and also fish oil capsules.

HRT helped mine, but I have also heard turmeric is reality good, mum uses it for her arthritis

This happened to me but it's back. Trying a new regimen at the moment (from spray to patches). Hasn't helped yet.
