Battling with my GP who thinks I'm too young for HRT (42) and Kees referring to my past history of anxiety. Have people had any success with supplements for the following symptoms:

Brain fog / clumsiness / poor co-ordination
Insomnia / night sweats
Night anxiety
Joint pain

The insomnia and brain fog are killing me. I already take fish oil supplements for joint pain.

There are no supplements that effectively work like HRT. If there were, they'd be prescribed and all women would want them.

Can you see another GP and not be fobbed off?

At 42, NICE says you should have blood tests to rule out other illnesses.
Has your GP offered this?

Read up on early menopause, take the NICE guidance along (it's all online) and insist on blood tests as a starting point.

I had the blood tests before covid, he said it showed it wasn't peri and nothing has changed...
