Hello - I started oestrogel about 4 weeks ago and then day 1 of utrogestan (200mg at night) was last Friday. Last Saturday I felt terrible, nauseous, anxious and since then have had nausea on and off, plus waves of anxiety. I’m 46 - reacted terribly to the mini pill about 18 years ago and am too scared to have the mirena. I say a Newson nurse because of insomnia, and general anxiety and moods. I have terrible heavy periods.
Is this nausea probably the utrogestan? And if so, is it because I shouldn’t be taking HRT? Is it possible to take it too early? I didn’t do any bloods for Newson to prescribe. At the moment I want to
Stop everything and conscious that it could take 3-6 months to settle. I can’t feel
like that for that long. Has anyone else felt the same and does anyone have any advice?
