Bloody health anxiety and peri 😕

Been on HRT for 18 months, started with gel, 6 pumps daily and utrogeston 2 weeks on and off, testosterone daily too, all through Newson.
Past 8 months been on Evorel 125 patches (6 pumps of gel was getting tedious to apply, I also wanted to see if patches would help anxiety) my periods went a bit haywire, a lot closer together but lighter. (This of course has made me anxious even tho initially I would have prayed for different periods as an indication I was peri)
Blood test revealed my oestrogen level was 1700 on the gel, Newson didn’t seem concerned but I fretted and with their ok came down to a 100 patch recently, about a month ago and kept testosterone and utrogeston the same, new blood test shows levels 485 so I’m happier.
2 questions:

the reason I started HRT was crippling health anxiety which has never resolved with any combo of HRT I’ve tried - shall I give up on HRT curing this?
I’m currently paying for private CBT and I’ve dropped caffeine/ alcoholetc to try and help too

whats an ideal oestrogen level?
If my anxiety isn’t resolving on high or low levels should I just give up on HRT?

I have estradot in the drawer, is it worth trying this different patch?

when replying, I’d love your advice but please keep in mind my HA and I get triggered easily 😕
