I have been on everol sequi for almost 2 years and been just fine. I'm 48 and still regular. Last few weeks I have started feeling back to the old days. So tired achy and down. Any ideas?

The answer always seems to increase your HRT, so a word with the GP.

I felt like this, a bit like ‘hitting a wall’ a dosage tweak upwards was required.
