Utrogestan and Evorel Patches

My GP has prescribed me Evorel Patches 50 and 200mg of Utrogestan to be taken from the first to the 14th of the month, then nothing for the rest of that month.

I’ve put a patch on yesterday but I’m unsure whether to take the Utrogestan now or hang on a week until the first. I’d like to start from the first as it makes life simple but will it cause any problems just having the patch on for now?

Brain fog and memory problems are pretty bad for me right now and I’m doubting everything. 😬

That should be fine... it's all a bit random when you start....

Just change the patch every 3-4 days and track the utrogestan from the 1st
