How often are you using it? I had to go on systemic HRT as even with Vagifem every day i was still getting problems.

That must be very annoying!

How much do you use of each / either?

It has to be used for life and a lot of women do need to use it more than twice a week.

Have you ever tried using it for 14 days (as with the initial dosing regime) to see if that helps, then drop back to 3 x a week?

I use Vagirux which I presume is the same as Vagifem? I also use Yes vaginal moisturiser pessaries. They has fixed the problem.

I have terrible issues due to both menopause and sjorgens syndrome. I use Ovestin 3 times a week, daily if necessary (Newson health clinic said this was fine despite it being more than recommended) and I use Replens on the other days in between. I also use the Ovestin externally as well as internally and that really helps.

I'm on systemic hrt, conti combined patches, use ovestin when needed, and vagifem every 3rd day. Just cannot keep it under control.
