Swapping from spray to patches.

Am feeling so anxious and am on the top dose of Lenzetto. So thinking I might try patches to see if they absorb better....

Hi, I did this. I was using 7 sprays and not absorbing. I now have Evorel 100 and much better. B easy too. Just slap on bum!

7 sprays! My Doc says 3 is max.

Like the idea of not having to shovel Utrogestan up my vag for half the month too!

My doc allowed me to increase, many specialists will also however Lenzetto is know for being a low dose HRT. With my patch I still take 100mg utrogesten a day but not vaginally.

I can't take Utrogestan orally. It makes me go bananas.
So am going to give the sequi a go.
Starting today. I really hope it makes a difference.

Anyone else made the swap & noticed a difference?
