I’ve been prescribed this by the gp. It says to fill the applicator to the red ring but maybe I’m being stupid but the red ring is at the bottom? So do I just full it to the top

When you screw the tube of cream into the opening and squeeze the tube it will fill it to the red line and then you remove the tube of cream and insert the applicator and push the plunger. It’s fantastic stuff and has really helped me. You can use some of cream externally as well.

Looks like you have the inner plunger in the wrong end?

fayebebaby · 10/10/2022 20:14

The plunger was like that when I opened it

Afterfire so just fill it up to the top?

I think filling it to the top would give you way too much! Just a little is needed for each application - a cm or so. The applicator is long because it is designed for insertion.

fayebebaby · 10/10/2022 20:27

No the red line to the top isn’t that big a space probably only a cm

In your photo, the tip that you insert into your vagina is on the left. So you put that end onto the tube, squeeze the tube, and fill it to the red line. That's about 2cms worth of cream.

This.
You can’t overfill it.

JinglingHellsBells · 10/10/2022 20:33

and after you have used it, you take the applicator apart- pull the plunger end right out (in a direction away from the red line)- rinse and dry the whole thing- and put the plunger back inside the other part, ready for the next time.

You can't insert the other end as it's the plunger.

Crazymadchickenlady · 10/10/2022 20:33

Screw it into the tube and squeeze the tube. It stops when it gets to the red line. Unscrew the tube and insert it then press the plunger at the top.

Iusedtobecarmen · 10/10/2022 20:36

I actually think I've been doing mine the wring way round!!!
HOw I have managed this I do not know!!!!!

JinglingHellsBells · 10/10/2022 20:36

You don't always need to screw the applicator and tube- just holding the end (with the line) over the end of the tube is enough.
