Link to Menopause Society report on taking Progesterone vaginally.

I am starting on my HRT journey (I have other health issues) and I'm finding it tough because I've always been quite progesterone sensitive. After reading a lot of the brilliant advice on here I am taking Utrogestan vaginally and Oestrogel. Oestrogel helps massively but as soon as I have to take Utrogestan as well I feel rotten - it affects my other symptoms. It's not as bad as when I took the Evorel Sequi patches but it's still not great. I read in the past that you could take 100mg if you took it vaginally but then I read that the Menopause Society now advised not to do that and to take the 200mg. Could anyone point me in the direction of the report please as I am not feeling great and can't find it. I'd be interested to read it. I'm being safe and taking 200mg at the moment.

Am hoping that, in time, I will get used to the progesterone but I'm not wildly confident and don't know where I will go from there. A private hysterectomy so I can take oestrogen without progesterone seems a bit drastic!
