HRT & Painful Periods

I have had the most excruciating periods (think throwing up, stabbing pains, jelly legs, curled up in a ball crying) since changing my HRT. I take Everol patch 75 & Utrogestan vaginally as the side effects from taking it orally were horrid. I'm so stressed thinking about how to cancel work those days and my period falls on Xmas day this year, I don't know what to do.

I would consider Mirena coil but scared as I react badly to progesterone. Had to change from Everol Sequi to Utrogestan due to this.

I'm loathe to come off HRT completely as it has been a real game changer for me.

Anyone else suffering like this or got any ideas please? Thanks
