Brain fog

I have had my credit card with the same PIN for about 3 years. Mostly use it contactless but sometimes it asks you to put the card in the machine and enter the PIN. Just happened to me in Asda.

Do you think FOR THE LIFE OF ME I can remember the PIN? I'm pretty sure the first digit is a 7 but apart from that, not a fecking clue. I forgot my colleague's surname yesterday, we've been working closely together for 2 years and I have used her surname in an email at least twice a week.

Maybe just as well I asked the GP today about upping my HRT dose.

Ugh, just wanted to say I hear you. I have been having brain fog for a couple of years now and wondered if I was actually losing my mind. I have a history of anxiety and depression so it didn't occur to me for some time that it might be perimenopause... :( Hope things get better for you soon!

I saw Davina Mccall talking about her brain fog on TV the other night, she forgot the name of the person she was interviewing, and it was someone well-known.

It's so easy to see why some women are convinced they have dementia.
