I'm 53, using Evorel Sequi. How do you know when your periods have stopped? And at what point do you move over to daily progesterone?
I don't think bleeding is a withdrawal bleed as I bleed with the second combined patch.
Before I went on HRT, I thought my periods had stopped and then I bled after the Covid Vax and carried on regularly for four months before I started HRT.
I would really like to ditch contraception, but daren't until I've gone through the menopause. GP and nurse have given different answers🤷‍♀️

when you haven’t had a period at all for 12 months. You may not be ovulating though. You can get fertility gadgets I was looking at myself because I also want to ditch contraception.
