Meno and feeling cold all the time, anyone else?

Feeling cold or increased sensitivity to cold including cold flushes. Apparently it’s a meno thing. I’ve just read some women experience this and not so much hot flushes. This is me. Cold all the time. Anyone else? I was convinced it was my thyroid but after a private more in depth test, it doesn’t seem it is. Currently wearing fleecy thermals and hugging a hot water bottle. Anyone else experienced the meno chills?

I have a colleague who is exactly as you described and it is definitely menopause. She has only ever had a handful of hot flushes.

I get this but I have Raynauds and would get very cold before I hit peri too. I think it has worsened with peri. I do get weird cold flushes sometimes where I get the chills and just can't warm up.

I've always been a 'cold' person. I think I have Raynaud's. However in the last 18 months the cold has got worse - if I get cold it can take me literally HOURS to stop shivering and warm up. I had no idea this was related to menopause??
