Sorry might be long (rambling of I think - a peri nutter!)

Been on patches for about two months (got the Mirena coil 😡 for Progesterone)

My fook up, ran out of patches last weekend (change every Sunday/Thursday) so could not renew the Sunday patch until Tuesday when I could collect the new prescription - my bad.

Collected the patches on Tuesday, decided meh not wasting a patch for sale of two days so kept old patch on until Thursday... So it was on for 7days in total...

Had a mental busy weekend all 3days, felt bit tired on Tuesday/Weds - but completely shattered by Thursday (couldn't concentrate at work)

Put new patch on Thursday morning. Expecting today (Friday) to still be tired after the busy weekend... and have been looking forward to a lazy weekend with nothing planned, but I'm absolutely buzzing 😟 so now looking for things to keep me occupied (avoiding doing the garden and CV more like!)

Do the patches really make that much of a difference?!

Tbh since I've been on them I've been much more motivated, but other parts of my life have changed too (in a good way).... so unsure if it's combined or what?

Anyone else had TONS more get up and go on the patches I guess is what I'm asking?

Thanks 🙏

For me the patches have meant the absence of feeling bad rather than specifically feeling good. So for example, I didn't know how anxious I was feeling until it stopped. I had heart palpitations and joint aches that went away. So now I feel normal.
