I have felt much better on Kliofem than on Lenzetto + Utrogestan (hot flushes and night sweats gone). Even on three sprays of Lenzetto daily, my estradiol levels were low (52ng/L). My doctor wants to them to be 100-150. On Kliofem, they went up to 98ng/L.
But my estrone levels have skyrocketed at the same time; from 72 on Lenzetto to 249 pg/mL. My doctor has not mentioned any target level for this hormone.
I know that estrone increases in menopausal women and also due to oral estrogen. What I wonder is if this is a problem? It seems to be considered a weak estrogen, but maybe it has side effects if there is an imbalance between estrone and estradiol?
