Hair loss treatments

I am in perimenopause and have been on HRT for around 2 years. My hair has had periods where there is average loss but it's having a period of accelerated loss.

It's all over loss and GP is referring me to Dermatology but I am concerned that by the time I see them I will have patches, if not be completely bald. I have gone from thick, needing control hair, to once through with the comb, flat to my head hair.

I eat well, have limited stress, sleep as much as is possible. I have read about treatments on line but wanted to find out if anyone has tried something and it's worked, without horrific side effects.

Thanks

This must be so distressing for you Flowers. I presume your Dr has checked all your bloods like thyroid etc?
Sorry I don't have any advice, I hope someone can help regarding treatments.

All blood work is normal. Just trying to find something in the mean time that isn't snake oil.
