As above- no cycle changes but in the last month, have had relentless headaches, eye strain, sleep disturbance (waking for the day super early) irritability. Early 40s
mid it a usual bang it more gradual ?!

I'd start tracking to see if it matches any part of your cycle.

You could try taking a good vitb complex too

Hope you feel better soon.

I can't answer as it was after having my children that I noticed symptoms, when periods returned. Getting worse from where I was has been quick but seems to be, I think, directly linked to covid infections this year

Symptoms were noticeably cyclical though. It moved from pmt and a post period exhaustion crash to pretty much constantly feeling horrific. Hot flushes were slow to build - I didn't realise I was having them till actually on hrt and has breakthrough symptoms

I'd go to Gp to check it's not something else though.,

I think it’s different for everyone
I’m 43. I suspect some of the symptoms I’ve noticed have been sneaking in for a while tbh. All ok and manageable for now but defo there
My cycle is changing now but also I had covid in July and I think it made it worse. I’m either days early or days late.
