Vomiting on Evorel?

I started Evorel HRT patches on Thursday. Yesterday and today I have vomited after eating for probably the first time in years. I can see that nausea is listed as a common side effect and wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I

oh poor you op. I got a severe upset stomach on it the first few times and did feel sick, hasn't happened since though do you feel better now?
I've heard you can cut the patch in half but others on here will be more expert than me....

I had no side effects at all, it really eas the holy grail for me.

Thanks both. I will persevere and my GP is due to call to see how I'm getting on so I'll check in with her then.
