Progesterone

Has anyone found an answer to the horrendous feeling of taking progesterone for half the month? I feel like it completely cancels out all the good work the oestrogen has done the other 2 weeks 😭

I take my progesterone daily instead of for half this month. This is because a lot of my symptoms were anxiety and the specialist felt a more 'even' dose of hormones would suit me better. The downside to this approach is that is can cause irregular bleeding (and it has with me) but it may be an option for you?

I was also told to take at night due to some side effects but not sure if this makes much difference.

I couldn't take orally, it sent my anxiety through the roof.

I take vaginally at night. Which is a bit better. But I look 6 months pregnant 😭
