No bleed after utrogestran

Hi, month 5 on HRT- sandrena gel & utrogestran for 11 days. I stupidly out of desperation started the gel in mid cycle thinking it would all work itself out- it hasnt & up to now I've still had a v light period at what would have been my usual period time & another v light bleed after stopping utrogestran. This month I've had nothing! Can't be pregnant from this month (no sex!) & am 47. Is this it.. periods stopping altogether?? It's been almost 2 weeks since I stopped utrogestran & boobs are a bit sore & had a few niggly cramps a week or so back but no bleeding...should I just wait & see what happens? I've got apt with doc for end of the month but wondered if anyone else has had this happen? Thanks

light or no bleeding is fine - doctors would be more concerned about the mid-cycle bleeding.

I used Estrogel and utrogestan for 4 years and would almost never have more than a smudge of blood for my bleed. I pay to have private uterine thickness scans (approx £90) cause this would freak me out - and every time it would be fine. I just had no build up to be shed.

I get next to nothing... I do not worry at all. Presume as PP, nothing to shed.

On Estrogel and Utrogenstan also.

I was spotting for 18-22 days a month. I was set for a scan and discovered that my cervix was closing , trapping the period and only letting a little out at a time. I had 7mm lining. They sent me for a dilation and biopsy (by then no sign of period, cervix completely closed). When they went in they found no blood?!?! My cervix is now open. How will I know if there is no blood or if my cervix has closed again ? I’m in utrogestan- so I expect a bleed of some kind.
