Good evening everyone. I was diagonized with early menopause after my periods completely stopped at 38. The consultant put me on cyclo progynova but the symptoms haven’t been resolving esp anxiety, severe fatigue, weight gain, joint pain and severe dizziness. I am now 41 and want to start on gel and utrogestan but I don’t know wether I should wait for the 7 day pill free week and start after the period or I should start as soon as I take the last pill in the pack. Kindly advise.
