Oestrogel…just one pump?

I’ve got a little confused with the dosage of the HRT I’ve started this week. the two bottles of gel I’ve just collected say ‘apply ONE pump to the thighs daily’. I started just a few days ago and threw out the box with the label by mistake but thought it said one pump to each thigh, which is what the leaflet suggests. Would you just spread one pump across both thighs or continue with one on each?

Thanks Jingling, I was intending to ask about. The full 28 days but
I had to cancel my appt due to Covid and ask for a repeat instead, I will go back after Christmas and hopefully get the 28/28 Now that you have clarified that.

There is plenty online if you just want to do it anyway. It's medically recognised. Are you not getting 30 tablets anyway? Or are they cutting up a pack and giving you just 25?

There are 30 tablets in the pack, so if you use 30 you'd only need a new prescription a little sooner.

I think the leaflet is behind the packaging! There are 30 tablets ( 2 x 15 - blister packs) in each box which is really for 1 month.

No, they cut them up into 25s. The first lots were the scrap ends of everyone else’s I think; one here, two there, a row of three 😂

I may just do it and go a little sooner.
Thank you 😊
