I am moving from Femoston 2/10 to Femoston conti with added Estradiol. One thing I was wondering is how quickly the effects of Estradiol can be felt.
I have read people taking about - feeling anxious and taking Estradiol, and feeling better a couple of hours later. Also using it twice a day so as not to crash hours after application.
This kind of makes it sound a bit like taking paracetamol - where the effects are short lived, whereas I had imagined it to be more that the effects build up in the body over time.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
