I got my first prescription for HRT in July, but didn't take it straight away as I was going on holiday and didn't want to potentially mess up my cycle and have a period whilst on holiday. So I was just going to start the gel on the first day of my next period instead. However I haven't had another period since, so is it ok to just start with the gel now?
