Should I stop utrogestan?

So I started another thread about progesterone sensitivity and got lots of helpful replies. Now however, having seen an increase in anxiety over the last couple of days I'm wondering whether I am indeed sensitive to progesterone. I am using the utrogestan vaginally already. I want to just stop taking it, I feel like I can't bear it all anymore.

I found Utrogestan really mood lowering. Also, I could barely stay awake while taking it (tried orally and vaginally with same effects). I went from life-long insomnia to sleeping for about 10 hours per night and needing a nap in the day as well and constant brain fog as I wanted to sleep all of the time!

I have a history of being hyper-sensitive to a lot of drugs and my GP was understanding about just not being suited to Utrogestan.

I currently take Femoston Conti and 1-2 pumps of Estradiol gel. This combination seems to work well for me. I am post-menopausal.

I hope you manage to find a HRT regime that works for you @SameKeyThough
