I've had enough of this shit!
4 years of symptoms and no HRT bloody works!
I've got a trapped nerve in my arm and that's enough to deal with.
Covid has left me exhausted and I feel like death.
Can't afford to retire from work.

Same. My anxiety is through the roof, can’t sleep, beyond exhausted and everything seems to ache. Skin is like the worst hormonal teenager but with added wrinkles and dry patches plus I only have to look at cake and I add another stone. Fed right up!

It’s beyond rubbish, its17.40 on a Friday night and I’m sitting in a cool bath as I can’t stop sweating. Can’t drink as it truely makes things worse. Went to the pharmacy today to pick up HRT and they haven’t got any, I have three patches left! But there’s a national shortage ‘ don’t you know’. Could have throttled her. Apparently pharmacist will ring back end of next week to discuss alternatives!!! I requested my repeat 12 days ago!!! And as I’m working full time I now can’t get back to pick anything up for 10 days!!
Give me strength!!
I know in ‘ the olden days’ women managed, but did they really????
and we’re told we don’t have to suffer like they did . I’d they can’t deliver they shouldn’t make promises. Davina has a lot to answer for…,

It’s beyond rubbish and no one seems to care

It's crap. Just don't know what to do any more about it. Nothing seems to work. Not patches, gel, spray, tablets, nothing. I don't understand.

Covid after effects are awful and somehow got to suck it up and crack on. But how?
