Peri menopause at 33!!!!

Just looking for advice and experience. I am 33 and have 2DC and no family history or early menopause. I stopped breastfeeding my DC in April this year (after 18 months) by cycle returned when DC was about 10 months and fell into its natural pre pregnancy rhythm of about 27/28 days. I have just noticed that in April (so for last 5 months or so) my cycle has shorted to 25/24 days!! I have also experienced 2 UTIs and after the most recent have noticed a constant feeling of need to wee but the other uti symptoms have disappeared and a urine test confirmed no infestation. I’m addition for the past 8 months or so I have had quite bad hormonal spots which I have never previously suffered with. I think I am ovulating during cycles as I seem to get cervical mucus and get an increase in libido around that time. My main question is does this sound like peri or am I being paranoid (I do have an anxious personality) if it is peri and I wanted another baby but not for 2 years (would be 35/36 when I want to TTC) am I going to miss my window!!! Any help as I’m going a bit crazy!!!!!

It seems too soon to be thinking it's peri. Your hormones are possibly still all over the place. 'Medical' advice' is to keep a diary of cycle length for 6 months and then see your GP.

Why would you think that sounds like peri?

I went into early menopause at 37 due to autoimmune diseases and my periods became non existent or longer between cycles. And the hot flushes - horrible! Your issues sound more
like your hormones are all over the place. Get your prolactin levels checked and ask your Gp for some internal oestrogen like Ovestin to help with the uti type issues.

It's way more likely to be your body sorting itself out after stopping BF. It's only been 4 months.

Could also be a prolapse potentially?

Thanks for the replies… @Afterfire I suppose I was concerned about Peri because of my shortening cycles, a lot of places say that this is one of the earliest signs, and that coupled with the urology issues and hormonal spots and just feeling ‘not quite right’ seemed to be symptoms. @Jet888 that’s interesting I had briefly thought about this but dismissed it as I had been checked for this after having quite severe stomach muscle separation after DC but that was 2 years ago now! Also wouldn’t account for hormonal changes. Thanks
