I'm just sitting here crying. Can't stop. This isn't like me at all!

Don’t know if I’m peri or not but I’m 48 so definitely think my hormones are going a bit awry. I cry at the drop of a hat. My ds is going to be leaving home for uni soon and it’s made me sooooo sad, like on the verge of tears all day every day kind of sad. My anxiety is ramped up to maximum too.

Thanks for the handhold. I never ever used to be like this. 100% happy I was. But there has been bit of stress with cat, obviously lack of sleep, haven't been training also. But its the mood changes I can't deal with

Friend gone awol, so that doesn't help either.

Just need to get back to doin wot I can to make myself happy. Partner sort of gets it but then doesn't!
