Peri symptoms?

I am almost 42. I've been suffering some strange symptoms for the last few months, which I thought were post covid, but after a full on daytime hot flush yesterday, I am starting to wonder if they are the signs of peri-menopause.
I don't have periods as I have an implanon. It is very out-of-date, I am waiting for the all-clear from my husbands recent vasectomy to get it removed.
The most troublesome symptom is headaches. These were occasional but now seem to be almost every day. Sometimes these are severe enough to send me to bed - when they are bad they are accompanied with nausea.
Occasional night sweats and a general feeling of temperature disregulation. Yesterday I had a classic 'hot flush' where I dropped with sweat for a a few minutes for no reason whatsoever.
I also have increased intimate dryness and a general feeling that things have moved around down there - I have a mild prolapse post children (my youngest is 10 years old) but it seems to be becoming more severe.
I don't drink anymore, I eat well, I am healthy but not very fit and a little overweight.
Does this set of symptoms sound like a good reason to seek a test from the GP?
Thanks for your help.

Sounds like it could be. Definitely worth a GP consultation

Oooh, watching with interest.
I am 46 and have had the mirena coil for about 13 years, so no cycle to guess by.
I too have been wondering. Main issue is vaginal/perineal irritation and a general feeling that my bladder is getting weak.
But! Headaches! Is that a symptom? I always have them, some are awful. I have had to give up any form of alcohol!

It's miserable having a headache all the time! Mine come on in the afternoon/ evening. I previously thought they were linked to the weather but more recently I have a headache more days than not!
