Period 11 days after last one?

As the title, I’m on day 11 of my cycle and it appears I’ve got another period?! Im normally a 25 day cycle so not due another period for another 10 days.
I’m 45, should I be concerned? See a GP? Or just go with the flow (pun intended 😂)

Honestly i can't advise you medically, but my sister, I've been there. Over the course of about 9 weeks i had 3 periods and some brown bleeding.

Also I’m having some sharp pain in my lower right tummy, (ovary?)

This is me at the moment. I've been having one every 10 days for a good few months and with the pain switching back and forth left to right.

You should def check in with GP if there's bleeding that's (until now) abnormal for you and that close together, esp along with pain. I was in the same situation and had a routine scan, which was all clear. Prob peri, but def needs medical check-in.
