I'm about to start HRT for peri symptoms - estrogen patches and progesterone tablets for 14 days. I'm currently on holiday and will collect prescription when I'm back. My periods are still fairly regular and don't want to mess them up. Will be getting back about 10 days before next period is due. Should I wait until next period starts to take the estrogen then take the progesterone 14 days in, or can I start all of it together straight away?
