Anyone switched from Testogel to Tostran?

Hi there

I've been using Testogel for about 3 months, but the sachets have now been discontinued and I can't get any. The GP and pharmacist are going round in circles about switching me to Tostran because of the dosage. Has anyone made this switch and worked out the equivalent dose?

According to my reading I'd need 1 pump every 4 days, but there seems to be some debate over whether that is too large a gap for it to be effective.

All I know is I've now been 2 weeks without any testosterone and am starting to feel crap again, I've got the energy levels of an unfit 90 year old.

Anyone had to do a similar swap?

My surgery struggled to get them at first. Only a few days though. It seems freely available on online pharmacies like Superdrug etc, so I’m not convinced that have been discontinued.

There’s also a pump version

Thank you so much @Plumbathread , I have no idea why I have never tried online before. I'll look straight into that option.
