Has anyone cut there patches in half and noticed any difference in there bloating read on another site someone did this and relieved there bloating

I cut mine in half to reduce other symptoms and it's worked. Not sure how much I suffer with bloating tbh my main symptoms is excruciating mastalga on the progesterone patch. I now only use them in the 3rd month.

I don't suffer from bloating but use these patches which have been brilliant for stopping hot flashes at night.
