I am desperately searching for advice for symptoms of brain fog. I am already on Troche hormones and Progesterone.

Tbh if you're already on HRT then you need to see your GP to rule out other causes. Brain fog can be caused by a myriad of things so don't presume it's hormonal. Request a physical examination and blood tests.

By troche hormones do you mean the unregulated lozenge type? If so it may be worth seeing your gp for body identical (oestrogel and utrogestan) rather than bio identical.

These vitamins have changed my life forever (I hope) brain fog gone completely.

I get them online from Landys chemist.

A friend of mine recommends turmeric in all our meals with black pepper to aid digestion. I take B6 which was really helping but the brain fog has returned with a vengeance.

Testosterone helped massively with my brain fog.
