Does anyone else just ache and could this be peri ?

Just that - lots of aches and pains

I can't really answer for peri but I used to ache a lot, muscles and it felt like my bones hurt. I went to GP asking if I was in peri for other reasons and was sent for bloods. Turned out I was very low in iron and vitamin D. I didn't mention the aches to the GP but I later realised I don't ache like I did so I think that was the cause. If you haven't had bloods checked it's worth doing as there could probably so many causes.

I find the Solgar brand works well for vit d3.

Vit D is fine and no other markers so at a loss

I'm mid 50s and seem to be in a permanent menopause sigh.... General all over aching and painful limbs have been the one of the worst symptoms for me.
